Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Tiny Tack House + 1 Car Parking Spot

Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
