This apartment is in the sought after Empire building on the famous Muizenberg beachfront. It's on the first floor facing the sea with great views. There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite and sliding doors out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is finished to a high standard. One of the best in the block! Muizenberg is a very cool area, with great restaurants and bars. So you can enjoy your night after a long day at the surf school.

In our cozy bedroom you find a Queen-size bed extra-length, Double-glazed windows and dimmable lighting. Living area: Large windows with blinds for privacy. My comfortable, tastefully-decorated & well-equipped apartment is located in a beach-front building at Muizenberg's famous Surfer's Corner. The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off. Please note that the apartment does not have a sea view.

There are LOTS of steps so not suitable if you are unfit, elderly or overweight. Your own private entrance leads you into a perfectly equipped apartment. Lie in the comfortable king size bed in total privacy and spot the whales in False Bay. It is an easy walk to Muizenberg and Kalk Bay.
