Delightful attic at 200 mt from Lucca's walls

Spacious, comfortable, and quiet attic on the third floor of a recently renovated early 20th-century building. The attic is located at 50 mt. from the train station and 300 mt. from the historic center. It is one km from the Bertolli Exhibition Center and the Lucca Est exit of the Firenze Mare highway, with connections to Pisa and Florence airports. The attic is set with a large living area with a comfy double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience. The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.

Si compone di cucina , soggiorno , due camere matrimoniali , camera con letto a soppalco e divano letto da 1 piazza e mezzo, due bagni, tre terrazze. Possibilità di utilizzare divano letto a due piazze nell’ampio soggiorno. Ubicato in quartiere residenziale tranquillo a 300 mt dalle Mura di Lucca e a 50 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il centro storico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno, completamente arredato, ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalle mura, e 15 dalla stazione, al secondo piano di edificio di 2 piani. Nelle vicinanze diverse pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, 2 supermercati, scuole di musica. Ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e spazio sala da pranzo con letto matrimoniale e divano letto; cameretta a parte con due letti separati, unificabili in un matrimoniale. Bagno. Rispostiglio con lavatrice.

Casa Retrò: luminoso con vista sui giardini

Un angolo di relax in centro storico(dentro le mura) affacciato sui caratteristici giardini fioriti. Appartamento con aria condizionata ovunque, molto luminoso, confortevole, spazioso, super accessoriato, arredato con charme e particolare ricerca dei dettagli. E' situato in una zona strategica, molto ben servita da negozi, caffè-pasticcerie, ristoranti, noleggi biciclette,...E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutte le meraviglie di Lucca.
