The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with an elevator, The apartment is very bright as it is totally exterior. The living room has a sofa, TV, and dining area The kitchen is perfectly equipped and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, ... The main bedroom is very spacious and has a 150x190cm bed, a dressing room and a magnificent en-suite bathroom with a shower. Then there are two other bedrooms with a double bed each and there is another full bathroom with a bathtub. Minty Stay is the company that manages the apartment and will take care of the guests' assistance during their stay in this serviced apartment. Upon consultation, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. APARTAMENTO SOLO EN ALQUILER. Este piso representan la mejor y deslumbrante opción para un alquiler inigualable, tienes dos habitaciones, dos Baños, Salón/ comedor, cocina, una cómoda terraza , área de trabajo. El piso está ubicado en Goya y ofrece una excelente ubicación en una de las zonas con más categoría y comercio de la capital, además de un exquisito gusto por la decoración, para que nuestros inquilinos estén lo más cómodos posible como si estuvieran en su propia casa.

A wonderful corner at the Retiro Park

Relájate y desconecta en este elegante, céntrico y tranquilo apartamento, situado en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, que puede alojar a 2 adultos comfortablemente. Ubicado a pocos metros del WiZink Center (espacio multiusos más versátil de España -Recitales; Shows Deportivos, Conciertos, etc.), de la Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre, del Parque del Retiro, entre otros puntos de interés. Muy comfortable y bien comunicado. La mejor ubicación a un precio razonable.
