Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

A few minutes from the canyons, hiking, mountain biking, downtown Ogden, weber state, snow basin, power mountain, Nordic Valley + pineview reservoir! Named the botanical bungalow for all the plants inside in out- you can dine under lights on the outdoor entertainment space, stroll to the local neighborhood coffee shop, and feel right at home. We strive to make this the best experience for you with extra amenities and comfort in mind!

Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Paddle boards available upon request. Morgan is surrounded by an abundance of hiking trails, mtn biking trails, ski resorts, and many other outdoor recreation activities. Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room.
