Very comfortable sofa and electric fire place for winter time. This unit located on second floor no elevator, we use stairs . Close to Marina, groceries, hospital and others amenities in Port Alice.

In the living room, one sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. Occasionally both orcas and humpback whales will come right between the docks and breakwater and sea lions are a common site.
