We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. This ENTIRE private street level apartment is steps from one of Portland's best parks. And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

Hawthorne Heights, fam-friendly (no cleaning fee)

Family friendly, newly finished two-bedroom downstairs flat located a perfect walking distance between Mt. Tabor park and Hawthorne Boulevard shops. Enormous kitchen, laundry and bath in unit with private entrance and relaxing outside seating area. Windows in every room let in light during the day. Dimming led lighting throughout for relaxing evenings. Ceiling is double float drywall, great sound-proofing for a good night of sleep. No smoking in the unit and absolutely no pets, please.
