I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Charming, pet friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath in hip Montavilla neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee and movie theater just a 3 minute walk away. Full use of space. Nice deck with views of Mt. Hood. Large back yard with two fire pits, one gas and one wood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.
