Cozy, energy efficient new construction for a better world. Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Tabor Cottage: Detached Guest House SE Portland

Mt. Tabor Cottage is a quiet, cozy, detached one bedroom house.with a private, fenced patio. In the South Tabor neighborhood, we are close to Mt. Tabor park and walking distance to several restaurants. It's a 15 minute car ride to the airport or about 17-20 minutes to downtown Portland and only a 5 -7 minute drive to Montavilla, Division St and Hawthorne Blvd restaurants, bars and shopping. Street parking is always available on the block, often next to property or within 150ft, 30 second walk!

This ENTIRE private street level apartment is steps from one of Portland's best parks. And it's just a few blocks from public transportation, has easy freeway access, is pretty near the airport, and is close enough to downtown to make that an easy trip also. It is walkable to Montavilla, one of the funnest pockets of local pub scene, boasting Breweries, Pubs, Restaurants, one of Portland's best Cocktail Bars, Dive Bars, and shopping, all condensed within a VERY strollable 3 or 4 block area.

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.
