All furnishings are new & are "rustic modern" in style. The house is 1,260 Sq ft. The new appliances & wifi, TV, & front door entry lock - make this a very user- friendly home. Nestled among 200 trees including oak, pine, and cedar. Inside is an open layout with 3 queen bedrooms upstairs, wood burning stove and a kids suite downstairs w/bunk beds, games & TV. Outside there is a hammock, meditation chair, swing, tree house, and trampoline. Perfect peaceful setting for spiritual seekers with many areas to meditate on the property. There is a view of Mount Shasta from the back deck and up the hill. The hill is also great for sledding in the winter.
