The studio is self-serviced, with a separate bathroom and some kitchenette facilities (kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge - but no separate sink). The room is on the third floor in a great location within the resort, which has a lush rainforest atmosphere, and a wonderful pool. The studio has its own FREE wifi in the room. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach from the resort, and 10 minutes to the town centre by car/bus

Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.
