Beach house with style! Sleeps 6.

Only a short stroll to the beach and the shops. 3 spacious bedrooms that sleep 6 people in total. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This house has a stunning outdoor area and is peaceful and quiet. A perfect spot to sit and relax with a book and a cuppa! The house house a wonderful flow for entertaining and will suit families and couples wanting to get away for a break to the beach . Incredible Mount Location

If you're looking for a place to relax with beaches, cafes, and shops at your fingertips, our place is for you! Park the car and walk everywhere. Property can sleep up to 6 people. Two-bedroom house with a queen room and a king single room. The king single has a trundler bed, and it can also be set up as a super king. The sleep out has a queen bed. Outdoor courtyard with a big table and umbrella. Carport parking for 1 vehicle. This is our family home and NOT a party house.

Superb Mt Location

Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. Family fun in Reilly Ave. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. 4th bedroom is in integral garage. 1 large lounge with a fire, huge family dining area, loads of room for families. Bring the dog. BBQ, you may need to fill up gas bottle. Quiet neighbourhood. Additional cleaning fee will be requested if more than 8 people are staying.

3-bedroom home with Pool close to beach

Available from NZ July school holidays (NZ) untill October school holidays 2025... the entire term 3. Our family home with pool, spa, and large deck is Situated one house back from the beach with nearby beach access. The house has 3 bedrooms and a spacious open plan living /kitchen. Perfect for a family vacation!
