Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. Attached on the front of our newly built house, with your own entrance and an off-street car park right outside your door, it doesn't get more convenient! Suitable for up to 4 people, with a Super King bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area (note the sofa bed is only available as a bed for those paying for more than 2 guests).

Welcome to your own private retreat, nestled in the Wadestown suburb close to Wellington city. This brand new spa guesthouse is fully self contained with bathroom, open plan kitchen, washhouse, lounge with wifi, smart tv, queen bed and for a touch of 5 star living - nestled under cover with skylights, is your own private spa. Your home away from home is a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk to the Wellington CBD and the main sports and event stadiums. Parking is on the street.

Welcome! This is a clean, cosy, comfortable, fully furnished, healthy flat (plant-based interior paint, no harmful chemicals, no smoking/vaping please). From here, visit the Wellington region or access the ferries: 3-min drive to the motorway (noise can be heard outside the building; it is peaceful inside), 13-min walk to Johnsonville Centre, and easy access to buses and trains to the city. Feels like home away from home: park in the d/way, great amenities. Won't see us unless you need us :)

Unwind in an urban oasis w/sauna & garden views

The Wellnest guesthouse is nestled in native bush. The tranquil home is an architectural take on a cabin in the woods. It’s your space to press pause. To rest, rejuvenate and recover. Thoughtfully designed, and styled throughout to help you relax and connect with views of nature. The home is a cosy 45sqm, can sleep up to 5 guests and comes with an infra-red barrel sauna to help you unwind. It’s conveniently located near the city centre, on the leafy hills that overlook Wellington city.

Modern, bright and spacious studio

This is a clean, bright, modern studio with plenty of space for one or two people. In May 2023 this was double glazed so now much warmer and drier and quieter. It has fibre internet, cooking facilities and a washing machine so you are completely self sufficient here. The tv is set up so as well as free channels you can log into apps like a Netflix, Neon etc. With the train station so close you can be in the city in 14 minutes or there is off street parking if you have your own car.

Studio

Newly built Studio, within easy walking distance to the City, University, and the Hospital. It is private, warm, quiet and completely self contained. The studio is part of a unique set of heritage houses on the edge of the green belt. A queen size bed with plush mattress and Sheridan bedding. Fibre Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV with Netflix Well stocked kitchen with all appliances and utensils for your cooking needs. Coupon parking on the street, first two hours are free, also weekends.

Private cosy cottage in Khandallah

My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

Self-contained Studio-Wadestown

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Hnry Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Free on street parking.

Helston Hideaway - parking, fast wifi, laundry

Fully furnished apartment just off SH1 with easy access to Wellington's city centre, the ferry and Sky stadium. A perfect stop off on the way to a game, a concert or to hop on the ferry. This is a great base for enjoying the Wellington region and the northern suburbs. It is a 8 minute walk to Johnsonville centre with access to #1 bus line and the train. This apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey house. BBQ available on request.
