Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. A home away from home where we hope you leave relaxed and refreshed. Luxurious bedding and comfortable furnishings will leave you well rested. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials and more. The home is filled with plants , books, games and sunshine and located beside the Crater Lakes walking/mountain bike trails. Please note there is only one bathroom and the toilet is in the bathroom.

Sitting amongst the vines the 3 bedroom house is walking distance to many of the fantastic winery cellar doors of Coonawarra. Situated just 2kms from Penola guests can enjoy peace and privacy without the isolation. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a wood fire for the colder months. Great for an intimate weekend for two or a fun getaway with friends, the house can sleep up to 8 guests.

Steeped in history, the cottage was built to house the drivers of the Bluebird train, which used to park nearby in the 1940s. The cottage has been renovated to an exceptional standard. Bear Cottage - Natural wonders

Bear Cottage is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage and has a nice slow combustion fire fitted in the lounge area and lovely feature wall of Native Australian pine. The bathroom has a shower over bath and is fitted out with red cedar and Blackwood. The cottage is Tim and Pam's eclectic mix of antiques' wood, bears and a touch of art deco. PS. The maximum guests incl. children is 6. Airbnb give us no way of listing max. number of people, only adults.

Plovers Rest at Cape Douglas

Located in the quiet coastal township of Cape Douglas, Plovers Rest is a beautiful eco-friendly home which is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. With access to fantastic coastal walks, snorkelling, and surf breaks nearby, Cape Douglas is a prime location for the outdoor activities and fishing. Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
