Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment in the modern Eden Green complex! The apartment is best suited to a single guest or a couple, but the sofa bed in the living room allows flexibility. The apartment complex is secured by keycards for the safety of all residents and guests. Please note we do not allow parties. You can self check-in using a digital lockbox, which is available from 3pm, with check-out by 11am. One free car park is available in the secure parking complex.

Located in the recently-completed Eden Green apartment complex, Our Place is a modern one-bedroom apartment with its own private patio and garden. We do not have off-street parking or parking in available in the building garage. A short stroll from Our Place is Mount Eden Village, full of cafes, restaurants, and specialty stores. Or you are just 2km from the new Westfield Newmarket shopping mall and 5km to Auckland CBD if you’re keen for shopping and more dining choices.
