Beautiful and newly built home in the heart of MDI! This 5000 sq. ft space is your perfect home away from home. The dining room has seating for 6 and there’s also seating on the kitchen bar for 4. We are about 6 miles from Northeast Harbor and Southwest Harbor and the busy town of Bar Harbor. The home is located on a secluded woodsy area.

The park's loop road with access to Sand Beach, Ocean Drive, Champlain mountain and a huge network of trails are just down the street while restaurants, the village green, shops, shore path and an active waterfront are a 15 min. walk away.

Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

Located near the Hulls Cove park entrance and beach. The calendar does reflect availability, please believe the calendar, if it won't let you book the dates you are looking for that does mean it is not available. We are dog friendly, however we do not accept cats for allergic reasons.
