We had an unforgettable stay at Noonanmeena, a stunning passive house set on 20 picturesque acres in Redesdale. The property is beautifully situated, backing onto the Coliban River, with easy access to Redesdale town center, just a short drive away. It's also conveniently located—only 25 minutes from Heathcote and 20 minutes from Lake Eppalock. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or taking a dip in the pool, watching the sunset was an absolute highlight. John was an exceptional host—welcoming, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Thank you for making our long weekend truly special—we can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at Dan’s place. It is a beautiful house with an exceptionally well-maintained pool and spa. The kitchen and rooms are also clean and tidily maintained. There is something for everyone - be it the scenic property where you can go for walks/ the pool and the spa/games for kids. Dan has been easy to communicate with, quick to respond and he promptly assisted when we reached out. The property is as described and even better when experienced in person.!! It is someplace we would like to visit again..

We had a fantastic stay at Corvah House in Castlemaine with our extended family, including young children. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The highlight was definitely the pool—an absolute lifesaver on a hot weekend! With ample grass area outside too, the the kids loved it which meant we could relax too. Donna was an excellent host—her communication was fantastic, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Corvah House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Castlemaine.

It was such a pleasure to spend the long weekend at this beautiful home. Stunning views, especially at sunrise!Great barbecue facilities and outdoor settings combined well with the pool. Had a really enjoyable stay here! My favourite accomodation on this trip in fact across four different airbnbs. The house was in great shape, and the surroundings were beautiful with wild kangeroos hopping around. Cozy fireplace which made it enjoyable for stargazing. Couches and lounge areas were very comfortable to relax in. A good place to unwind for peace and serenity if you wish to be away from the bustling cities.

We had a very relaxing stay, the place was the best!! Very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen with everything you need, comfy couches, lots of space to spread out!! Outside area pleasant to sit in! Very close walking distance to town! The host was very responsive to a small issue we had with the pool!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Very unique accomodation - unlike anything we’ve stayed in before. The house had everything we needed, including a few extras like a pool table. The misting sprays were a good inclusion and made sitting on the verandah comfortable on the hotter days. We’re sure to stay again.

The photos don't do justice to this original rock house. A short drive from Castlemaine on a quiet gravel road, beautiful front veranda overlooking horses grazing and kangaroos to the side, gum trees all around. The interior is exceptional, large rooms delightfully furnished and decorated for the period. The large kitchen has a wonderful, new but old cooker, all the equipment needed to self cater, plunger coffee, a variety of teas and spices. The breakfast bench with filtered water crock, toaster, jug and full sized fridge is adjacent. The lounge has two very comfortable sofas facing a free standing wood burner, a lovely timber table with French Cafe chairs. Theres a DVD player, games, novels and an assortment of cookery books. The bedroom linen is luxurious, the queen bed very comfortable, lovely towels and body wash are provided. At the rear is a large games room with a dining table. Cathleen was informative and friendly by not intrusive. We highly recommend The Hermitage.

A gorgeous retro farmhouse in a stunning location. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the birds and enjoying the view. Great hosts. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at Madeline’s home. It is beautiful renovated and we felt right at home. Madeline was flexible with check in and her place was perfect for four adults and two kids- with the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms we felt comfortable without being on top of one another. Central location to the main st with a quick five min walk to all amenities. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much for sharing your home Madeline :)

The house was beautiful warm and cosy! We arrived in freezing cold temperature into the warmth of the house. Rachael had turned on the fireplace and left some wine for us. We instantly felt at home!! We will return again!

We had the most wonderful getaway in Castlemaine over the long weekend. Our large group of friends found the house incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room and amenities for everyone. It’s so well equipped — from the fantastic kitchen to the beautiful garden (with plentiful herbs for a cook-up), and with lots of indoor and outdoor activities, we felt completely at home. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the Main Street for amazing food and shops. We loved being able to cook, play cosy games, and relax together. A big thank you to Alix for the early check-in — it made our stay even easier. We would absolutely love to come back again soon!

This house has a lovely big garden wrapped around it, a great covered deck to eat outside on and the beds and linen were so comfortable! The gourmet hamper was full of really delicious local ingredients, very thoughtful and generous. Fairbank is a very pretty house with the right combination of comfort and history. We felt welcome and well looked after. We hope to visit again.

Anthony's place is a great getaway for the whole family. We enjoyed the surroundings and the house itself was nice and cozy. Anthony and Samantha provided clear instructions on getting to the property and there was a guide with further instructions of using the amenities and local recommendation. We also appreciate that there was some food provided especially the bread (which we thought was freshly baked) waiting for us when we arrived. Great place for a getaway!

We had a really lovely stay at Jo’s place in Green Gully. Jo was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything simple from the start. The place was very clean, nicely set up, and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower felt quite luxurious. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by gum trees, and it was such a treat to spot kangaroos around the property. We especially loved sitting on the deck with the retractable awnings, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sounds of nature. Can highly recommend, thanks Jo!

Jamie's property was immaculate and full of character. The place was spotless and welcoming. Jamie was also very approachable and had many local recommendations. My parents and I enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.
