New Hampshire Lakes Region Home With Beach Access

Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

The Nook at Ambrose Cove

This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. We provide you with a propane grill for easy cooking outside and some other kitchenette essentials. Please reach out with any questions about this unique spot!

This charming cottage has been recently renovated and has a classic rustic flavor with hardwood and pine floors, walls, and trim. Three bedrooms, all on one level. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second room is very small and only has a queen bed in it , the third bedroom has bunk room with custom bunk beds - 4 twin beds in total. Short drive to numerous hiking destinations. Bath Towels and linens are provided.

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.
