Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Wäsche-Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC.

Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
