All the comforts of home ...... with a private beach!Separate living area has satellite TV, books, cards, fully equipped kitchen, plus a lovely balcony with beautiful view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer!

Jericho house sits directly on the beach, with private access. Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind. The house is secluded in a huge, lush garden with many mature palm trees all around the house. It has a direct private stair access to the beach, a deck right above the beach in front of the house, and a rear patio overlooking the garden.Everything is provided, just bring yourselves!

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

EKW Loft

The EK Loft is located in Ocean Addition West, a quiet area, three blocks from the main road. The loft has an ocean view and is within 150ft walk to the beach. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of waves and cool breezes. Enjoy great snorkeling just 25ft from shore. Go for a secluded long beach walk, as Breakwater Drive connects to Three Sisters and Jimmy Hill beaches. Convenient grocery shopping five minutes walk away, as well as restaurants within ten minutes drive.
