We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Our townhouse is located just off the Mountain Road, between the picturesque village of Stowe and Mount Mansfield. On site amenities include indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and game room. XC and alpine skiing, hiking, mt. biking, golf, and many cultural events are at your fingertips. We are just 200 yds. from the Bike Path, on the bus route to the Mountain, and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Come and enjoy the many special events Stowe has to offer.

Stowe, Newly Renovated Topnotch Resort Townhouse

Enjoy a top-notch experience at this newly renovated townhouse with free access to outdoor pools and hot tub and fire pit. Located 5 minutes from mountain! Take in all the amazing mountain air :)) For access to spa, indoor hot-tub with waterfall, indoor pool, steam, sauna, Fitness Center and shuttle to the ski resort a day rate of $78 fee is required (maximum of 6 people) additional guests may be added at $25 per day per guest. Also included is first come first serve activity court.

Cozy VT Getaway, Heated Pool, Sleeps 4

The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.

Condo is fully equipped. Living room equipped with Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Master and 2nd rooms are at upper level sharing one (1) full bathroom. The Master room has a queen bed and the 2nd room has 2 twin beds. Third room located at spacious basement has full bathroom and TV with VHS & DVD players. It is located within beautiful multi-acre property with seasonal pool. Ideal for 2 couples or a family. The fireplace is cozy in the winter and the covered porch with swing is great for appreciating the mountain views in the summer. Location couldn’t be better - minutes from slopes, trails and restaurants.

Only 4 miles door to door from the condo to the mountain. Views of the tollhouse area directly from the living room deck! There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
