Walk to the City Centre from a Charming Flat

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots, pans and utensils. There are also a number of appliances including a blender. There's a walk in closet in the bedroom and lounge, so whether you're 2 or 4 people staying here, you can easily store your things out of sight. You'll be close to everything Edinburgh has to offer. Walking to the main festival venues, Edinburgh castle, or the Old Town will take you about 10 to 20 minutes. As this listing is for the 'entire property', you have access to everything in the flat. We will either meet guests on arrival or use the keybox located just outside the front door. The Kings Theatre is a stone's throw away, as are cinemas, great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. For golfers, there's also an amazing 36-hole city centre pitch and putt just around the corner. About 10 different local bus routes can take you anywhere you want to go, but i would recommend walking as everything is so close. Alternatively, you always have cabs (Black cabs / mini cabs or Uber).

Charming Studio, Self Check In, Free Parking

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The Mews Stables, a studio in Edinburgh's West End

Compact studio room created from a former mews stables with living, sleeping and kitchen areas in one space, close to Haymarket Station and the airport tram. Princes Street and the Dean Village and art galleries are 10 minutes walk away (0.5miles), the Conference Centre is 5 minutes walk away (0.25miles) and the Castle and Old Town are 20 minutes walk (1mile). There are numerous excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity, and for rugby fans Murrayfield is a 22 minute walk away (1.1miles).

Shaftesbury Park - Your home from home

Shaftesbury Park is a comfortable artist-owned traditional ground floor flat in a Victorian terraced house with fast wifi and its own little garden. It lies two miles southwest of Edinburgh Castle in a leafy conservation area and is only a short bus ride from all major visitor attractions. A well-stocked delicatessen is just across the road and provides delicious croissants and wines. Active guests love the 30min walk along the scenic Union Canal which takes them straight to the city centre.

An attractive, traditional ground floor apartment with lovely front and rear gardens. It's on a wide, tree-lined street by a large park; walking distance to the historic centre. It’s bright and spacious, nicely furnished, with a charming living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, with patio doors leading to the rear garden. There are two delightful double bedrooms. Experience Edinburgh by staying in one of her finest Victorian mansions with free on-site parking! Kingston House, adjacent to the golf course, is situated in the leafy quiet district of Liberton. This home is absolute luxury; very quiet & peaceful. Large, double bedroom (super Kingsize bed) sleeps 2 & ensuite bathroom with bath & shower, wc, large living room, kitchen & bay windows, wifi, GCH. New boiler installed Dec 2018. All mod cons! 10-15mins to town by bus / driving.

Peaceful and convenient apartment ideally situated

This apartment is positioned minutes from the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh city centre and the University but yet situated on a very peaceful and quiet tree-lined street next to vast Meadows park and close to Edinburgh's Holyrood park and Arthurs seat. There are numerous supermarkets, cafes, pubs and transport options minutes from the door. With generously sized rooms, the apartment is warm and comfortable and is a wonderful base to enjoy the city or visit the University.
