Thank you very much. We all had a great stay. Everything we needed was at the house. Went with kids and they loved the games and toys available. Lots near by to keep us busy. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. We could easily walk into the town centre in a few minutes and it was close to the station for our friends travelling by train. The house was very comfortable and roomy. Tom the host was very responsive to our queries. The area was quite and although there was no designated parking, we found it easy to park on the street and were provided with permits. It was a great base for us to attend a friend's party and explore the local area. Compared to staying in a B&B or hotel it was great value and gave us our own space to relax.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Wished we had more time to spend at this accommodation. The place was fantastic and Mark was very accommodating and responsive. Probably the best host to deal with in terms of replying and providing information. I would definitely stay again next trip. Super easy to find and check in/out.

Had such a wonderful stay at Racheals place felt so at home and Rachel was so responsive to anything we asked beautifully furnished and sooooo comfortable to loved every minute of our stay over Easter with family and we hosted our Easter Sunday dinner as the place was so well equipped thank you for making us so welcome

Andrew was an exceptional host! The place was even more spacious and cozy than the photos suggested, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Andrew went above and beyond—he kindly added a full-length mirror to one of the bedrooms just for our stay (which was perfect for getting ready for a family wedding), and he even managed to arrange an extra parking pass for us. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches—he provided cereal, water, milk, tea, biscuits, and croissants. It was a truly lovely and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely book here again. Just back from a lovely 4 night stay with our 12 year old twins. Accommodation was clean and really well equipped, the kids loved the Halloween sweets and decorations! Location was perfect for us - everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short tram ride away, didn't need the car at all! We had a couple of questions while we were there that were answered really quickly. Very friendly hosts. Thank you

Our 2nd stay in Regent St and didn't disappoint. A clean spacious apartment, ideally suited for Lancaster centre and all it's amenities, but very peaceful and quiet. Host Gail was great, very communicative and cooperative. Great stay, im sure we'll be back.

Croft House was the perfect base to do the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge as it is only a 20 minute drive to the start point by Pen-y-Ghent. Plenty of amenities nearby, including some cracking pubs and a local spar and co-op shop. Free parking to the rear of the property is very convenient and the area feels very safe. Andy communicated brilliantly throughout and the interior decor is exactly as pictured. Underfloor heating was a real treat. Historic picture of the house from the olden days was a lovely touch. Thanks for a brilliant stay, we would definitely come back as it is ideally placed to explore more of Yorkshire!

Apartment was clean and in a good location with free and secured parking. Louise was quick in response and provided helpful instructions. We had a nice stay at the apartment. Will come again and also recommend.

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

Julie was very obliging to our needs as it was a last minute booking and responded to me within minutes of messaging her .This was our second stay at this property and would stay there again The property location is perfect for all local bars and restraunts

We have had a wonderful weekend with 2 young children under 4 Nikki was a wonderful host and had the travel cot all up and ready for our arrival. The house is beautiful, much bigger than the photographs and within walking distance of both st annes centre and lytham. We were really sad to leave and would definitely love to return.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is finished to a high standard. You can hear a small bit of noise from the other apartment, but nothing that bothered us. It’s right by the river with a small balcony to sit on. It’s well located with around a 20 min drive to Windermere. Sophie and Mark were very responsive on messages.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

This apartment is very spacious - bigger than it appears in the photos. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable. There are useful instructions for all the appliances etc. It was lovely to have a view of the bay from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The location is central but peaceful and the private parking space is very useful. You can walk to the promenade in under 10 minutes. Communication with Carina was very prompt, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.
