The accommodation is centrally located: 2 km to the lake, 200m to the vineyards, 1 km to the train station, and 1 km to the bike path (National Park). It's the perfect starting point for many excursions: thermal baths, Mörbisch festival, outlet shopping, and Vienna.

Welcome to our beautiful stylish apartment. It is a precise work of my husband. The apartment is unique and nicely furnished. Apartment is situated in Old Town, just a few steps from the famous shopping street with a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife and in walking distance to the historical centre. Around the corner, there is a beautiful baroque Medicka garden where you can have a rest:) You will definitely enjoy this place!!!

Apt is close to good restaurants, vineries, pubs, coffee places, music clubs, museums and galleries or National theatre.

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
