Angie was a truly exceptional host and her place was perfect for our stay. From the moment we booked, she was helpful and communicative. The house itself exceeded our expectations – it's incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax, and came equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We loved the thoughtful personal touches throughout the property. Angie went above and beyond by organising transport for our visit to a local distillery, which was a fantastic experience and very much appreciated by our whole group. Enjoying the hot tub was another great perk! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angie's place.

Very nice house and in a good location in Aviemore. An easy 20 minute walk into the town or very short drive. Shops and takeaways nearby if needed. We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of room from ages 8-80 that nobody felt in each other's way. Good facilities in the house and a nice garden to enjoy the sunshine if you're lucky enough to get it. Hot tub an extra treat and the contact for it was quick to reply to us when we had a slight issue with it.

A fantastic stay! Steph went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable at the property, provided everything we needed for our two little boys and had the extra surprise upon arriving of some toys and bath toys for them to play with. The property was very clean , lovely and warm and felt very homely inside. It had everything we needed and any questions we had during the stay were answered within minutes. The house had plenty of space and the master bedroom was exceptional. I recommend booking this property and enjoying the beautiful surroundings! A top host all round and an exceptional property!

Everything about this property is perfect. It strikes the fine balance of feeling lived in, amazingly well equipped and yet perfectly set up for hosting families throughout the year. We all felt instantly ‘at home’ the kids included which meant we could make the most of some frankly unusual scottish weather of 4 days of no rain or clouds. The kitchen and lounge and deck were my personal favourites - amazing space to cook, socialise, relax and read. The backdrop of the trees and river right at the garden edge was mesmerising. Everything in the house was clean and well maintained, its clear its a family home rather than a stock airbnb business which meant many of the kitchen goods, decor and general fittings and fixtures were all premium quality further adding to the sense of luxury and value for money. Lara was a lovely host, really responsive and we loved the welcome pack. We’d saved up for this joint family trip and because of all of the above its been epic. Thank you 🙏❤️

Jonquil and Simon were amazing hosts. We had a great time in Aberdeenshire and felt extremely fortunate to be welcomed to their home. The surrounding hills are beautiful and so peaceful, we didn't want to leave. The house was perfect for our family get-together. We all felt right at home and enjoyed their garden space as much as the inside. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place and more welcoming hosts. Gorgeous cottage on the outskirts of the Cairngorms. We were 2 adults, 2 teens, and a dog, celebrating new years - the cottage was perfect for us. A big kitchen for family dinners and board games, cosy nights by the fire in the lounge. The enclosed garden was great for our busy spaniel, and walks from the cottage were wonderful. Rosie was a perfect host, with wine, flowers, and essentials provided on arrival. She was especially kind and helpful when we thought we might be snowed in! Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms cosy and comfy. All in all, a perfect family hideaway in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was cosy and spotless and well equipped with everything you need. Close to lots of walks and cycles and Rothiemurchus (near Aviemore) not to far away for other activities ; we did the quad biking. Scott was a great host, and gave us all the instructions we needed to easily find the house - would definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house. A great location, The sunsets even in Feb were beautiful. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed as a family of four. The kids loved the extra touches like yummy tablet (Scottish fudge) and to use the binoculars to help spot sealife and birds. We used the house as a base to visit family further down the coast but Buckie was lovely and we enjoy shopping, breakfast and lunch at pozzi and ice creams at the ice cream cabin and over in Portsoy. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Angela's place in Findhorn is simply beautiful and we had everything we needed from the amazing location, to the accommodation itself being exactly as advertised to the way the apartment is decorated and furnished. Angela made everything very easy for us; it is true, she does reply within 1 hour and we felt so welcome when we arrived. The fire was lit, there was prosecco chilling and the lamps we already on. The bay in Findhorn is stunning and the apartment is right on the sea front. It's a short walk to the sandy part of the bay to see the seals and there is a lovely pub, The Kimberley, no more than 100 metres up the road. Everything was wonderful. I would highly recommend Angela's place and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Findhorn. Thank you again.

A really warm welcome from Liz, enjoyed the wine, scones, bread and beer! Tanar View was clean, well equipped and great touches all round, the log burner gave a really cosy feel. Fantastic walks all around will be back for another visit.

Absolutely lovely place that we didn't want to leave! Very quaint location away from everything. We were surrounded by farm animals, was lovely seeing chickens, rooster and even a peacock running around! The cabin turned out to be more spacious than the photos made it look. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. The highlight was definitely seeing the Aurora on our first night there! Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway, 6/5 stars!

A beautiful quiet setting with the sound of the river and great views of the stars at night. All the spaces are clean and tidy with helpful information and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great 2 night stay at the cabin with our 3 children, our youngest being 10 months old. Our boys absolutely loved the freedom of playing football in the garden areas and watching all the animals. Was also really lovely to get to feed and meet the animals in the barn! Cosy little cabin kitted out with the basics. Lovely base for our Scottish adventures!

Portia was very communicative and it was easy to find and access. The place was as described and in a beautiful, quiet location but only a 30 minute drive to towns with cafes etc. the air bnb was Clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Hosts were extremely helpful and attentive. The lodge was exactly how it was described. The stay was a truly unique experience wakening up on a farm every morning with beautiful scenery and one I would highly recommend to anyone that has young children.

This property exceeded my expectations. Located in such a peaceful setting amongst the trees the cabin was so warm and cosy had everything we needed. In walking distance to the village had a lovely meal at the clockhouse gorgeous food! Will definitely come stay here again!

Totally recommend! Cute little cabin, had everything we needed. The location was great and literally 5-10 minutes walking from the village. The instructions to get there were very clear, we didn't experience any issues at all!

Extremely peaceful location perfect for enjoying the hot tub and just overlooking the field with the sheep. Plenty of space inside the cabin for everything and fully equip for any length of stay. Was a very wholesome place with the wood burning hot tub and field views, exactly what I was after for my weekend away!
