Wake up every morning and enjoy the breathtaking views of Rangeley Lake cozied up by the fire or outside on the wrap around deck. 5 min walk to Rangeley Lake, 2 min walk to Mingo Spring golf course, 5 min drive to downtown Rangeley, 15 min to Saddleback and 30min to Sugarloaf. Enjoy the shared lake access, take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake play a round of golf. In the winter take to nearby trails in your snowmobiles and ice fishing on the lake. Situated on a private, wooded lot on a dead end street, your family will enjoy watching wildlife from the lofted windows and snowmobiling around the property and down to the lake. Unplug, or plug-IN when needed -fast Wi-Fi, HD Smart TV (with Netflix/Hulu/local news) and Sonos audio throughout the house. * Family Friendly * Leave the pack & play at home, we've got you covered.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

Limited access to snowmobile trails directly from the house depending on snow conditions. ATV is no longer allowed from our home. Trails can be accessed from Depot Rd (includes trailer parking) 3/4 mile from our home. Hiking and incredible scenery! Mins to Pickford Pub and Mountain Star Estate.
