'Avonview Cottage' is located on the inside of the iconic Mt Panorama motor racing circuit. It's north facing aspect boasts 180 degree uninterrupted views over Bathurst to the mountains beyond. Serendipity Cottage - a short walk to Mt Panorama

Welcome to our lovingly restored 1890s cottage. "Serendipity" boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, a sun-filled lounge area, brand new kitchen/dining and bathroom, all just a short walk to the city centre, university and Mt Panorama race track. The cottage offers off-street parking and large back garden. We also offer WiFi, a DVD player as well as an HDMI cable attached to the TV.

A little piece of country

The guest suite is a fully functional one bedroom suite attached to the main house. It is nestled amongst a garden with spectacular views of our beautiful property overlooking a dam where you will see lots of waterbirds and other native birds. The central tablelands are a fantastic area to explore unique landscapes, breathe in fresh air and stretch your legs.
