Moonta Bay Self Contained Unit

Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

Classic on Clayton is an original 1970's beach shack that has recently been brought into the 21st century with all the mod cons you could need for a beach holiday but keeping the charm and some of the original furniture of the era in which it was built. Located a short stroll to the beach or drive around the corner to be able to drive straight onto the beach so you can setup for the day.
