This house is across the street from an LDS church, within walking distance to main street shopping, and a close drive to grocery stores. You will be a walk away from the city pool and library, and close to parks. Teachers and Armed Services members may qualify for discount. Big Holidays may be available upon request.

Rancho Sin Vacas is a slice of Hanna. 12-acre property on the N. Fork of the Duchesne River at the base of the Ashley National Forest in Hanna, UT, 78 miles east of SLC. The 1/4 mile of river frontage is registered as "Blue Ribbon" by the State.
