Bright and sunny in-law suite with own entrance and bathroom in a quiet, neighborhood. Your private entrance is up 1 flight of stairs with a small private deck overlooking a beautiful garden. The main room includes a sitting area, queen bed and two closets. The suite includes a small private bathroom with shower. There is also a mini fridge, coffee bar and small dining table. Additional benefits: 5 block walk to reach a bus that will bring you to VT for events and football games. Secure wifi.

Private Suite in Blacksburg near Virginia Tech

VT grads who want to share the unique community charm. A private space close enough to walk 15 minutes to VT games & activities, but far enough away to retreat from the daily hustle and bustle by sitting in the pergola garden. Let us be your hosts. This private entrance suite (360 Sf) is in a settled neighborhood easily accommodates a family of three with; private bathroom, full queen master bedroom (180 Sf) sitting room (100 Sf) with a ttwin pull out couch, minikitchenette, deck and garden.

Blacksburg Suite 2.5 miles To Virginia Tech

This guest suite is just 2.5 miles from Virginia Tech. Our listing sleeps 2 and includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, and eating/sitting/working area. Private, coded entrance opens out to an acre of lovely walking paths, wildflowers, birds, and wildlife. While most comfortable with just two adults, for a small extra fee, we can set up a twin mattress (think: sibling of your college student). Microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig are in the room. Guest parking available right in our driveway.

Mountain View Farmhouse Apt - no cleaning fee

Our cute and cozy apartment is located above our home, at the top of a hill overlooking farmland and mountains, and surrounded by forest, with quite a diversity of mature hardwoods. From your windows on the upstairs of the house your views are breathtaking! *If you have a larger group, like for VT graduation, message me. Royal Suite: prvt entrance, cls 2 VT RU & hospital

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house, complete with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range), futon, closet to store clothes or extra people! Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Private guest apartment on 6 rural acres, yet only 2 miles from town and Interstate 81. Minutes from Virginia Tech and Radford University. Located 1/2 mile from Sinkland Farms for weddings, special events, pumpkin patch, and sunflower festival. Handicapped accessible. Full kitchen minus dishwasher. Keurig and pods provided. The peace and quiet of a rural landscape with superb access to all the amenities you need! One mile from Huckleberry Park, Huckleberry Trail, and Christiansburg Mall and Marketplace. 6 miles from downtown Blacksburg, 4 miles from downtown Christiansburg, and 10 miles from downtown Radford. One bedroom, 800 sqft, open floorplan with room for extra guests. Kitchenette, back patio enclosed in a large dog run and 2 acres to explore outside!

Cozy Guest Suite - Downtown Blacksburg

Comfortable 1b/1ba guest suite with private entrance located in the recently renovated lower level of the home. Amazing central location ~2 min walk to huckleberry trail, ~5-10 walk min to center of downtown , ~15 min walk to Lane Stadium and short distance to any establishment in downtown and campus. Located on a quiet neighborhood street. No need to search for parking in town, leave your car here and walk/uber anywhere.
