We opened the Hokie Nest in 2024 after we built our new home. It sits over top of the detached garage and has its own stair entrance leading you to a small covered patio before entering. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, one queen bedroom, pullout king sofa bed, large screen televisions, full-size shower, alternate dressing area and toddler room inside. The place is perfect for a couple and a child, possibly a future Hokie? Enjoy the mountain and farm views during every season!

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

It is located 3.3 miles from downtown Blacksburg. The art on the walls is done by local artists. Keyless entry. Gravel parking next to building. Owners live onsite in a separate building. Note: climbing a short flight of stairs is required to gain access to the building.
