This place was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered at this airbnb. Wish we could stay forever.

I used it as a working hub while remodeling my bathroom at home. Brought my two dogs along with me and they settled quickly. The backyard is just amazing. If you are looking for a cozy and secluded place in a quiet neighborhood, in a busy area, Matt's place would be a smart choice. I wish I did not work and could just spend my evenings in the backyard oasis sipping wine or enjoying the firepit or hot tub or a swimming pool during season. Lots of choices for a get-away place.

Peaceful and nicely appointed new place. Perfect for the two of us to stay in town for a week without a car and stone’s throw from the glen. Spring weather being what it is - we were pleased we didn’t need to use either the a/c or the heater, but glad to know it was there if we needed it! Loved having sky lights to watch the rain storm(s) and wake up to the birds chirping every morning. Kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was quite amazing ~ gentle rain shower head was a nice and thoughtful touch. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful to make our stay wonderful. You’re in good hands with Gavin and Sarah, and if we come back to YS, that would be a Y-E-S to staying at this lovely gem near the glen! Thanks so much for a memorable week!

We are not a family who travels often, and were blown away by this wonderful home available for our use, directly by the State Park, where our oldest son decided to be married. The home is spacious, clean, super comfortable, and overly accommodating. We had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 young adults, and felt like we were in a palace for wide open space! We had to decorate 100 cupcakes for the wedding reception, and the kitchen bar was the perfect oversized space for the job, while also allowing our family to eat at the grand adjacent table. Three bathrooms was a plus - AND there are heaters in the ceiling vents! Wow. Beautiful rolling acres of hay fields surround the home, creating lovely sun kissed views. We highly recommend staying at this home!

Great location! The house was quiet and clean . The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, along with coffee, coffee amenities, and the best cinnamon rolls to accompany! The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. However, the best end to the evening was to relax in the hot tub! I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone

We were visiting for WGI Drumline Competition. This place was the perfect place to stay. The weather was cold but we were still able to enjoy the hot tub. The house was clean and had everything you need to settle in and be comfortable. Beds were super comfy. Huge TV with comfy couches to settle in and unwind after a long day. Kitchen was stocked. I would highly recommend this location and book again in the future!

A cozy home with a hot tub! Just right for us for a weekend getaway. The hot tub is so pleasant and clean. The place has everything you need and the host is very kind.

This place was wonderful! We stayed here so we could have a short trip to Eldora Speedway for the races. Unfortunately we were rained out one night from the races so choosing this house to stay at and be rained in at felt just like home. The outdoor games and space was totally utilized the whole stay! We would definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable and the location close to the highway and some restaurants were just what we were looking for. I would definitely stay again.
