Clean and Cozy - Newly renovated 2BR/2BA house!

Newly renovated in 2022! With two bedrooms and two full baths, there's ample room to accommodate a family of four comfortably. Plus, it has all the amenities necessary to be an enjoyable long-term rental. NO SMOKING! Located less than 2 miles to Gunter AFB and 7 miles to Maxwell AFB, it's the perfect location for military families on TDY. Publix, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, and gas stations are located within 3 blocks. Also, it is only a ten-minute drive to historic downtown Montgomery!

Golfing, fishing, shopping, whitewater rafting, exploring, sight seeing and much much more!! You will find it all at this unique country home on a 1 acre lot in the quaint little town of Millbrook. It's 2 miles from I 65, 2 miles from Seventeen Springs, 10 miles from Montgomery, the State Capitol, 3 miles from Prattville & 12 miles from Wetumpka, featured on Home Town Makeover. A+ Lily's Sweet Taylor Crossing

Three bedroom, two bathroom house, completely remodeled with new appliances, paint, granite countertops, and privacy fence. Home like new. Quiet neighborhood near Auburn University at Montgomery (East side of town). It is set up with Wi-Fi with Spectrum. If driving in on I-85 North, take Exit 9 and go left on Taylor Road over a mile. Cross Atlanta Highway and Hambleton Court will be the third street on the right. If driving in on I-85 South, take Exit 9 and go right on Taylor Road.

This home has everything you and your family need to enjoy your stay on the East side of Montgomery. It is in a cul-de-sac and in a desirable quiet neighborhood. The house is filled with contemporary modern décor and spacious. A minute away from Interstate 85; Shops at Eastchase; ShakeSpear Threater; Wynlake golf course and club; Baptist East; restaurants; short drive to Downtown and Maxwell Gunter AFB. Whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
