Highly recommend for business travelers looking for a super location in the nicest part of Montevideo metropolitan area: 30mn from downtown, by the beach, and close to the center of charming Carrasco

O prédio é novo, com porteiros educados e muito bem cuidado. Ainda conta com estrutura de lazer que ajuda muito na rotina fitness. O apartamento é básico e atende a viagens em casal ou entre amigos. A região é boa. Fiquei muito satisfeita, indico e voltaria.

Juan es el anfitrión y administrador del inmueble. No es el dueño. Es una persona muy amorosa y ejecutiva. Enseguida pudo solucionar algunos temas sin problema. Sugiero al dueño aumentar la paga de la limpieza, porque la que figura no es real. Se le paga muchísimo menos y creo que no es justo. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy confortable con un amplio ventanal a la calle en el primer piso del edificio. Pasé unos días muy agradables. Lo recomiendo. El alojamiento es muy bonito y está situado en una posición estratégica a 50 metros de la plaza central y 200 metros de la rambla. Dispone de 2 piscinas, una en la azotea y otra en el interior del edificio. Gimnasio zonas comunes y wifi...además portero 24 horas que te podrá asesorar y solucionar tus problemas, realmente marca la diferencia y hace que el edificio sea verdaderamente premium.

Great apartment, well equipped. Peaceful and quiet, protected from cold wind, overlooking trees and smaller buildings. Responsive and helpful host. Located in new building of good quality with friendly porteros, warm swimming pool and sauna (jacuzzi was broken when we stayed). The building is across the road from two beaches, both good for walks, jogging and swimming. This part of Montevideo is clean, walkable and quiet.

Excellent place to stay. My family and I loved the quietness and the relaxed atmosphere. Definitely will stay here again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Professional service from the reception to the cleaning crew. Overall a great experience, totally recommend.
