I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. 1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

La Casa di Valentina

L’appartamento ‘’La Casa di Valentina’’ è pronto ad accogliervi in un ambiente di 50 mq molto luminoso e appena ristrutturato con arredi moderni. E' molto silenzioso poiché affaccia su un cortile interno alberato. È possibile effettuare il check-in tra le 14 e le 20. Il check-out è possibile effettuarlo entro le 11. Nota: Qualora aveste problemi per il check-in che sia prima delle 14 o dopo le 20, chiedo gentilmente, di comunicarlo prima di un’eventuale prenotazione per poterci concordare.

Delizioso bilocale nel verde di Roma. A 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Porta di Roma, il più grande in città. Autobus diretti per il centro (piazza Venezia) e a 10 minuti dalla metro B di Conca D'Oro. In casa troverete WiFi, televisione e barbecue, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, lenzuola, e tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno. Per favore, se si avesse bisogno di un check in non compreso nella fascia oraria di riferimento (12p.m-8p.m) chiedere prima di prenotare se disponibile. :=)

Circondato da verde e da parchi con piccole gemme nascoste, ma comunque a pochi metri dalla vivacità della movida romana. Un ampio terrazzo per stare all’aria aperta e spazi interni ben organizzati che ti faranno sentire a casa. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower.
