We needed a last minute place to stay and Matteo and his mother were gracious enough to stay up and meet us for check-in, so we are very grateful! What a lovely property and family. We had a great night's sleep and were able to use the bikes to ride to the beach in the morning, which we really enjoyed. The area was quiet and peaceful and the views just lovely. Thank you for being flexible with our checkout time.

L'appartamento è su una collinetta a pochissimi minuti di auto da Alberese e dal parco della Maremma (per il quale c'è lo sconto), con ampia vista sulla campagna circostante e infondo il mare, in un'oasi di pace. È ampio e ben attrezzato, la mobilia è perlopiù datata (a parte la cucina che è rinnovata) ma funzionale e in buone condizioni. Alessio e sua madre sono stati gentili e disponibili. È stato un breve soggiorno piacevole.

L'alloggio è nuovissimo e rifinito con cura, arredi e servizi di qualità. La posizione è al centro di un bellissimo uliveto ai margini del parco naturale. Host gentilissima con animali splendidi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Mirko, que je recommande vivement. L’endroit est paisible, en pleine nature, à deux pas de la forêt — parfait pour se déconnecter. L’emplacement est impeccable pour ceux qui cherchent calme et tranquillité. Il serait utile d’ajouter quelques équipements de base comme du sel, de l’huile ou du café, que les voyageurs utilisent souvent mais n’achètent pas forcément pour un court séjour. Heureusement, Mirko a été très réactif et nous a gentiment apporté du sel. À noter : la taxe de séjour et les frais liés à la consommation pour chauffer la maison sont à régler en supplément.

Siamo stati una settimana in primavera con il nostro bambino di 4 mesi e il nostro cane. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Rossano ed Elisa sono due persone molto disponibili e gentili e ci hanno messo a nostro completo agio. Luoghi incantevoli, perfetti per trovare pace e tranquillità. Grazie!

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

la signora Narita insieme a suo marito Roberto sono persone accoglienti e disponibili. la casa è posizionata all interno di un residence dove la tranquillità la fa da padrona. immersa nel verde,la casa è deliziosa e dotata di tutto,persino dei detersivi che sono soliti non esserci. la signora Narita ci ha dato tutte le informazioni dettagliate di cui avevamo bisogno,anche culinarie rimanendo sempre a nostra disposizione per tutte le esigenze che potevamo avere. cosa aggiungere?siete squisiti come la crostata ,rigorosamente di albicocca, di cui ci avete omaggiato. grazie di cuore, a presto <3

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem stilvollen gepflegten Haus mit großem Grundstück im Grünen. Das Haus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren mit Kindern und Hund dort und haben das einfache Leben in der Natur genossen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die vorbeiführende Straße gesperrt. So mussten wir bei Ausflügen zwar Umwege fahren, aber dadurch war es sehr ruhig und man hat den Bach und die Tiere hören können. Sehr entspannend, für uns und alle diejenigen, die so etwas mögen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell, freundlich und um unser Wohl bemüht. 👍 Vielen Dank den Gastgebern und alles Gute für die Zukunft.

Tolles Apartment und super nette Vermieterin. Vor der Reise hat uns Viola wichtige Tipps und Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderschön und der Blick von der Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist toll! Viola hat uns in der Stadt abgeholt und zum Apartment begleitet. Ein Auto ist unbedingt nötig. Anfang Oktober waren wir komplett alleine dort und hatten komplette Ruhe. Der Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Weg ist sehr schön aber auch steil, man muss fit sein für den Rückweg. :) Die Ausstattung im Appartment ist gut und für zwei Personen ist alles nötige vorhanden. Einige Utensilien könnten ein Update vertragen, uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Anfang Oktober hatten wir leider auch eine Unwetterwarnung. Viola hat mit uns Kontakt gehalten und sich informiert ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir können das Apartment auf jedenfall Weiterempfehlen!

Staying at Cristinas place was heaven on earth. Cristina made sure we feel welcome even before we arrived at the airbnb. She sent us helpful information in advance and greeted us at our arrival with a tour through apartment and garden and with a starter pack including cold wine for dinner and coffee for breakfast. The house is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the toskany. The surroundings and the apartment including the garden and the pool are so peaceful and quiet that we instantly lost track of time - just as the name of the house suggests. One additional highlight: The Pizza Restaurant in one minute walking distance with the sweetest staff and awesome pizza. The airbnb does not only meet every expectation created by the description and pictures - it exceeds it by far! Cristina is the best host one could wish for: very kind, welcoming and laid-back. Would always come back and recommend to friends.

Il Poderuccio di Lucia si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la bellissima Val d'Orcia. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, cucina provvista di tutto ed i letti erano comodi. Il bagno ha una doppia doccia..utile per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Fuori c'è un bel terrazzo con tavoli, sedie e sdraio..per chi volesse fermarsi ad ammirare il bellissimo panoramma sui colli della Val d'Orcia. Lucia è stata molto cordiale, accogliente e flessibile per il check-in/check-out. È stato un piacere conoscere lei e la sua bella famiglia. Per noi è stato un bel soggiorno e ci farebbe piacere ritornarci. Grazie!

Wir waren mit unserem Hund in der casetta. Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit allem was man benötigt, absulut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Da wir Anfang September dort waren waren wir ganz alleine auf dem Landgut und konnten ausgiebig den tollen Pool und die Ruhe auf dem Land genießen. Die Gastgeber die jeden Tag einmal vor Ort waren sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt noch mal dort hin fahren.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Excellent séjour, logement grand et confortable, très au calme, avec une vue sublime sur le château (à 2 pas), la vallée et la Maremme. Mieux que sur les photos ! Le village est typique et très charmant, très bien situé pour découvrir la région. Le chauffage est un vrai chauffage, et rend le logement tout à fait douillet en hiver. Le parking privé au rdc du bâtiment est des plus pratiques. Roberta a été accueillante au possible, et a tout fait pour rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. J'espère revenir !
