The house was built by the Kelsey family in the 1930s after seeing the house featured in the 1933 Chicago World's Fair and has been completely renovated. Views of the lake from almost every room. Three kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use in warmer months, as well as a Mr. Steak gas grill, fire pit, and outside dining set. The lake is calling!

Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.

Welcome to Back Turk Lake -- located ten minutes north of Greenville! Enjoy Michigan summers in this updated two bedroom cottage. On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.
