Nur 200m vom Meer entfernt und doch geschützt vor dem Wind, befindet sich Casa Kalisat „Haus Glück“. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut. Sie ist umgeben von einem 2000 m2 großen, exotischen Garten mit vielen inseltypischen Pflanzen und Bäumen, darunter 28 Palmen, viele davon haushoch.
