Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Year-round home in the lakeside Summerville neighborhood. Bring your coffee/wine to the beach to view gorgeous sunrise and sunsets! Entertain on the private 18'X21' backyard deck with grill/fire pit. Perfect for summer and winter vacations, friends get-away, fishing trips with summer/ice fishing on the bay within a few minute drive. Shopping, waterfront, restaurants, hiking/biking trails are all within walking distance. Lake/beach access, playground and sledding hill within a one minute walk.

The Braddock Point Lighthouse is a rare find! This 128 year old lighthouse is one of the oldest working, Coast Guard maintained, lighthouses in the country! Relax and enjoy quiet time while taking in the beautiful views of Lake Ontario. At the end the day watch the spectacular sunset while sipping your favorite drink.
