Upstairs there is a second bedroom with 2 queen size bed and a second full bath with a medium size whirlpool tub. This building only houses this one unit. Non-refundable Pet fee = $50 plus taxes Credit card authorization required for $150 in case of incidentals.

The house can be rented as the whole unit that sleeps 12 OR just the Main House which sleeps 7. Please note: The Main House rental is a TOWNHOME unit. Dock slip not available with vacation rental.
