We loved Douglas’s house and found it even better than expected. It was extremely clean, very walkable to campus and downtown, and had the most comfortable beds! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bloomington!

I have stayed with Kent at this property for the same weekend four years in a row, to host some visiting friends during Bloomington's spring break period. Kent has been an exceptional host each year along the way, communicating quickly what I can expect — and immediately notifying me if my party forgot anything (which we did). Kent is a total professional and I'd be glad to reserve this property for many spring breaks to come, if it's convenient for him and his other guests. Stay here. You won't be disappointed. You may even be thrilled.

Fifth (at least?) time staying at Amy's. I look forward to two more years of having an IU student to be able to stay right at home at Amy's.

We felt right at home during our overnight trip, and would have been very happy during a longer stay. Lovely and open living and dining areas were ideal for our group of 5. Comfortable beds, and very clean. The location was fantastic, with some great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. When we return to Bloomington we will first check for availability here before looking elsewhere!

Perfect location for a visit to IU. Super-convenient to campus, athletic fields, downtown Bloomington, and Griffy Lake. Grocery store just a few minutes away, and a short drive to restaurants and anything else you could want. Reze was an awesome and responsive host. Loved the ping-pong table!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

As always, the house was clean and cozy. We will continue to use this airbnb when we are in the area. Great host!

Very roomy house with huge beds. Great location for visiting our relatives in Bloomington. Easy check-in and check-out and great communication.

This place was beyond perfect for an overnight getaway with my husband! The decor was so cute and we felt right at home. We have already decided that that’s going to be our go-to spot for our Bloomington adventures.

Our stay at Brooke's place was perfect! Location, amenities, decor, cleanliness...all 10/10. Our daughter is a freshman at IU so if Brooke's place is available, we will definitely book again. Very spacious place and two parking spaces was a plus. A ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place and Brooke's attention to detail and thoughtful outreach to check in our stay multiple times.

Out of many places we've stayed in Bloomington when visiting, this was our favorite. Clean and comfortable. We'll prioritize staying here every time we return.

Perfect location!

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great relaxing time at Sharon’s Cozy Condo! Her hospitality was impeccable down to a T! Every little detail made the weekend even more perfect! We will be back soon!

Nice place! The pics don’t show how nice

All I wanted was a peaceful night in with my two daughters and I got exactly that. We were able to cook together and watch a movie. There were even cards there and my daughter loves Uno so we played many rounds of that. We were also so lucky to see the most beautiful blue jay and a goldfinch off of the beautiful back patio space. I would recommend this space to anyone.

Outstanding place to stay, super clean, new and well appointed. Excellent host, very responsive. The setting is beautiful too.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This was the perfect house for my friends and I to come visit! Highly recommend. Communication with the hosts was easy and we always got a very quick response. The house was in pristine condition, very clean and comfortable. The directions provided were very easy to follow and the property seems very well maintained. We were so close to the stadium, campus and lots of restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!

Great condo. Exactly like description and pictures. Very clean and orderly. Carpets, furnishings and everything seemed new and were comfortable. Only 4 of 5 stars on value because we stayed on a very busy high demand weekend. I’m sure that on a “normal” weekend it is definitely a 5 star value. Great location and is walkable to the Square and Kirkwood Ave. I would definitely book again if needed!

Shannon did a great job communicating, seamless arrival and very clear departure instructions. Everything was as pictured, very clean, organized, would definitely stay here again. Great host!
