Semi-rural detached spacious house, stunning views

A fantastic ‘home from home’ with excellent access to all that the beautiful county of Perthshire has to offer. The main house sleeps up to 11 and the annexe can accommodate an additional 4. The house has plenty of space including a large garden with views of the River Tay- a beautiful walk quite literally on your door step. The large living/dining room is perfect for a family or friends get together. Excellent transport links, 1 hr to Glasgow or Edinburgh, Dundee 20 mins & Perth 5 mins.

The Owl House is a cosy retreat, five minutes from historic Fortingall. This former outbuilding has been lovingly renovated and commands beautiful views over the glen. At night, add some logs to the wood-burning stove, sit back, and enjoy listening to the owls hooting. A Stylish Country Retreat!

The Byre is a beautiful new barn conversion situated in the courtyard of our working farm. Fantastic scenery all round with lovely walks and places to cycle. See it on horse back too if you go to the trecking centre just a mile up the road. Approx 9 miles from both Perth and Crieff....2 great towns with places to eat, sights to see and things to do!
