Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Fabulous Villa with pool near Menaggio Lake Como

Magnificent luxury 4 bed villa with large gardens, private pool and terrace for up to 6 adults and 4 kids. This exquisite villa, in the popular Golden Triangle area of Lake Como, has outstanding views of the lake and the mountains. It is relatively secluded while within walking distance of village restaurants and amenities. There are spectacular walks from the villa into the mountains and the lake is only a 100mt away through little lanes passing a small vineyard and church. La Dolce Vita!

Beach house near Bellagio

Wonderful Beach House situated on the border with Bellagio, at less than 3 km from the center. The house is very spacious also for 6 people and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, a large kitchen and a very big bathroom. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.

Villa inside a private park with a large terrace directly overlooking Como Lake with views of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. The house is on three floors; garden level: living room and bathroom, ground floor: large living room / kitchen, first floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 two-bedded room, 1 single room and 1 bathroom. Free parking (for one car, unattanded and uncovered ) in a private area 50 meters from the entrance gate.
