Wonderful!! We love the Hawk condos and Forrest's was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The rice cooker made my week! Furniture was so comfortable and loved there was a TV in each bedroom as well as living room. PERFECT place to watch the sunset. Forrest was especially kind with our travel time. Would definitely book again!

Very organized and clean home! My family and I enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Super peaceful! Kitchen had all the condiments for our breakfast. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be staying here again. The host responds very quickly! I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Thanks again.

Condo was the perfect location… very close to pool - convenient for us - Have stayed at The Springs for the past four years - loved each stay - quiet with beautiful views of the mountains - Will return next year- for sure . Thanks Kristina- Debbie/Idaho

This is a great little condo! It was easy to find, close to the casinos, and literally less than a 5 minute walk to a dog friendly park! The check in was easy, the condo was clean, and the bed was super comfy! I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!

The house is super nice, very clean, with good amenities, bathrooms were well stocked, the two car garage made it so convenient, we stored a lot out there, the pool was a nice amenity, along with the little porch! Caysea, was quick to respond and very helpful.

We came with another couple, and this was the perfect place to stay. It was just the right size for the four of us, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and everything was fresh and clean. We arrived a little early, and Rob ran right over to let us in. The condo was close to just about everything, and it was easy enough to find our way any where we needed to go. We plan on staying again on our next trip to Mesquite!

What a Great place to spend some time, feels like home with everything you need. scenery is awesome, Condo was comfy and very clean! loved the muffins they left on the table when we checked in! will stay again when we go back if available.

Our stay was great! Close to restaurants and golf courses! We could walk the neighborhood and use the pool! The condo was clean and well stocked with anything you might need! Enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved this space. Great for our families spring break. It was clean and had everything we could ask for. Fully stocked kitchen! We will definitely stay again!

Had a great week with my sons. When we were done golfing and hiking in Zion National Park, it was nice to have the space to chill and cook some food when we were tired of eating out. Place was as described and I’m very happy we picked this place.

This was the perfect location, that made you feel at home with all of the many amenities provided. The location was perfect for the plans we had during our stay. The view was beautiful. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Jenny’s place for a motocross race at Mesquite MX. It was perfect size for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

Great place!

First off, what a great house and what a view! The home was very welcoming for our group of 12. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of one another. With the covered patio and pool we were able to beat the 'unseasonable' March heat (up to 98!). The hot tub and fire pit were nice a addition on cooler evenings. On more than one occasion the game and arcade room was used for competition and fun and the gym equipment in the garage was a great bonus. In all, our time at Brittany's home was relaxing and enjoyable. The home was clean, and the hosts were responsive to any questions we had. They provided plenty of information leading to check in to make it a smooth process. Would highly recommend this home and would love to visit again.

This place was a stop on our to hiking and it fit our group very comfortably. Loved the game room and plenty of parking. We walked to dinner. Thanks so much!

The mobile home is beautifully remodeled and updated and had everything we needed and more. The pool and amenities are wonderful, clean, and accessible. There are large windows in the unit with views of the lake, but unfortunately, there are other mobile home units directly across the cove and the windows have no coverings. So, even though it’s beautiful, you are in a fish bowl, especially at night with the lights on. The bedrooms have blinds and coverings but are in the front of the house facing the road.

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

We really enjoyed our weekend at David’s. We had everything we needed at the resort and if not it was within 5 minutes from us. David’s house made us feel right at home but with better views. The only thing I would change is book a longer stay next time we visit Havasu.

3rd time here all within a year, clearly you can tell this is a no brainer of a place to book. Sara is a awesome host and very communicative for any of your needs

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.
