Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. Spacious Garden Cottage that can accommodate up to 3 people. The cottage has an en- suite bathroom, which has a shower. It overlooks our beautiful, peaceful garden where numerous birds can be seen visiting our feeders. We have backup power for when there is load shedding. The cottage has wifi and a TV that has Netflix and DSTV. We are 4 km from Sandton City and 3,5km from Rosebank Mall. Secure road with boomed security. Max’s Tranquil Cottage

This spacious self-catering unit is located in the peaceful, leafy suburb of Malanshof. It has TVs in both the lounge and main bedroom, with access to DSTV, Netflix, Showmax, Prime Video, and Apple TV. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2, which is connected to the main bedroom, has two single beds, perfect for extra friends or family. The unit is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, Walter Sisulu Sports Complex and Randpark Golf Club.

There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing or working. We have solar backup and water tanks so generally have no load shedding or water issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway!

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.
