The Turret House sits on a large corner lot in Portland's beautiful Irvington neighborhood and surrounded by historic homes and tree-canopied streets. Broadway street is 3 blocks away & offers some of Portland’s favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers, & dispensaries. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

It is short walk to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Emanuel Hospital, and more. Near the Max, buses, and street car. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Williams Ave, Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland. PDX Airport is a 20 minute drive. There is street parking available.

The space is located within easy walking distance of New Seasons grocery and multiple restaurants and bars in the Alberta Arts district. A perfect spot for your Portland visit.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

Sabin Guest House

Built in 2019, this architecturally-designed space is warm and modern, with good natural light for a comfortable home base during your travels. We’re located on a quiet street in the King/Sabin neighborhood that’s just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, parks and a grocery store down the street. With a strong emphasis on locally made furniture and art, the ADU feels rooted in place. [Please note that the storage loft is not currently accessible.] Thanks for looking!
