Short 5 min walk to Narragansett Beach!

This new rental listing has it all! Newly renovated with coastal decor, beautiful finishes and central a/c. Located on quiet side street within close walking distance to Narragansett Beach and restaurants. Cook's kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout, and gorgeous tiled bathrooms. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. The rear deck offers seating area to relax, and leads to barbecue area with gas grill and outdoor dining.

Best of both worlds!

Great location- 1 mile to the beach, 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants, and less than a 1/4 mile to a park! The house is set back from the road with a good size driveway. The inside is newly renovated and we are working to finish the yard area for the summer! The house has WiFi, large yard, and a great front porch that gets a ton of sun. We’ve made great memories there over the years and are now looking to share it with others!

Imagine waking up every morning to beautiful unobstructed ocean views and ending your night with a drink in hand watching the sunset. Spacious Apt. Walk to Beach!

This light-filled, airy apartment with a private entrance and reserved parking spot for one (more space if requested), is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Just a 5-minute walk from the private beach where you can swim, paddleboard, kayak, etc., this is your perfect getaway! Main Street is accessible by foot in about a 25 pleasant minutes either by a walk on the beach or drive/bike down the road. See you soon :)
