Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Chiado Studio II Fantastic Place

This apartment is located in a 3rd floor of an XVIII century totally renovated building with elevator in the Chiado area of Lisbon. Inside the apartment You'll find all the amenities and comfort for a great short or long stay in Lisbon! From the air conditioning to the central heating passing by the small kitchen appliances like the orange juice squeezer and the toaster all was thought to maximize comfort. The apartment has a kitchenette with two electric hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. The design of the apartment makes it look like an open space, but at the same time the lounge area with dinning space, is well divided by the sleeping area by two glass french doors. There is very comfortably seating for 4/5 in the lounge, and the dinning area accommodates 5 also very comfortably. A lounge chair that turns is perfect for reading while having a view over the Tagus river. While lying in bed one has a great view over the river. The bathroom is in white Portuguese marble and boasts a large Shower enclosure as well as a bidet. There is a closet in the bedroom and another one in the Lounge area. The decoration of the apartment follows modern and simple lines, but always keeping in mind the main features of the building and its XVIII century construction. The apartment accommodates 4 very comfortably, has a double bed in the bedroom and an oversized sofa where 2 single beds can be made. Cable TV and Wireless internet are available and complimentary. The area of Largo do Carmo and Chiado with Rua Garrett is one of the most stylish in Lisbon, and the perfect spot to stay while visiting. The Baixa/Chiado metro station is about 200 meters from the apartment. This apartment's ceiling height is 3 meters, and has one large window doors to the balcony, as well as two windows, one in the bedroom the other in the living room. Tagus River, Lisbon rooftops, are one of the main features of this amazing studio apartment. The balcony has 9 meters by 75 cm. The perfect place to stay while in Lisbon! The place for You!

Apartamento duplex, situado no centro de Alfama, um dos bairros mais emblemáticos de Lisboa! Vista rio desde a janela do quarto, podendo observar diretamente os cruzeiros que desembarcam em Lisboa. Têm também ao vosso dispor um pátio partilhado com outro apartamento, em que vos pertence uma mesa com duas cadeiras e uma espreguiçadeira de sol. Poderá ser aborrecido para vocês o facto se situar numa zona com diversas escadas. Não é recomendável a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida nem a automóveis!

Restored Cottage with Patio in Historic Center D

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.
