The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. We would like to welcome you to our home in Lisbon. The building has its original Portuguese charm and the apartment is very large, airy and bright. Located in Graça; a 15 min walk from the centre of Lisbon. The main living room and fully equipped kitchen both have access to a large balcony with views to a gorgeous sunset. There are four bedrooms: two large double beds, a high double bed (our daughter's room) and a single bed. There are two work desks and high-speed Wi-Fi available.
