Allison was very responsive and helpful. the property was exactly as shown and amenities as listed. Location is great. Easy parking. Pool and spa was great for an evening swim (before 8pm). The only negative was that the internet kept dropping out. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and i will likely rebook in future.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful time staying at Graces place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sawtell and would love to stay here again

Staying here on Sapphire Beach is a great stopping point for a few days if driving from Brisbane to Sydney. Everything you need is there - in the apartment with the ocean alongside and a gorgeous swimming pool. You do need to turn on the lights in the apartment during the day if you're taking a working holiday as it faces the south I think. Otherwise it was everything I could've wished for.

Our family had such a great stay in Coffs Harbour. The house was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, from the kitchen to laundry we had everything we could have wished for. Lyndon was very accommodating. We had some friends who had booked into another place but found it unclean and dusty causing an allergic reaction and when I contacted Lyndon to explain the situation he was very helpful in suggesting they could use the flat for the remainder of their stay. We look forward to coming back and staying again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The place had beautiful views and was incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings and all the essentials. The host was also very accommodating to our requests, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, as is the bathroom. Roz was great to work with, and we really appreciated her prompt messages and flexibility. Self check in with lock box is great too! Definitely worth the money, great value!

We loved our stay at the Mill Cottage. It felt like home the moment we checked in. Mark & Miranda’s communication was always quick to respond and they were very flexible with our needs. We’ll be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

We had a good time. The home is spacious, and the neighbourhood is quiet and well presented. Everyone is house proud. So nice to see. We could hear the waves breaking even though the beach was out of sight. A really nice place for a break. Our host was helpful and proactive with suggestions. Thanks Kerrie.

Wow!! From the moment we walked in, it honestly took our breath away! We travelled as a family of 4, mum and 3 boys and this spot was just what we wanted, right on the beach, literally just step outside the door. There is a seat just outside which is the perfect viewing platform to watch the kids swim, fish and play while enjoying a coffee in the morning or wine for sunset (of course when we weren't down there enjoying the beach with them). The house itself has been renovated perfectly and set up for a stay with everything thought of including a basket of blankets by the lounge for the cooler evenings when the doors are all open and the waves are crashing outside, it was just so cosy! The bedroom linen was also pristine, it really gave the stay a touch of luxe and the lovely beach sarongs/turkish towels were great to utilise for our quick ocean dips out front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee machine and pods was thoroughly appreciated. We loved our stay!

This was my second time at Adrienne’s beautiful little cottage, and just like the previous stay, Adrienne made me feel very welcome with the addition of a lovely handwritten card. It’s a beautiful cosy home away from home. Beautifully clean. Adrienne left fresh eggs, bread and milk in the fridge. Adrienne is such a lovely person who looks after her little place and guests with love and care.

Had a great time staying at Dan’s place in Sawtell! It is conveniently located and well-appointed with kitchen equipment/utensils. As a heads up, it’s a very poor spot for cell service if you’re on Telstra — a good excuse to disconnect, but something to be aware of for communicating as there’s no wifi.

Great location, views were amazing. Very welcoming & easy communication. Beds were super comfy too with everything needed to enjoy our stay.

Our stay at Ken’s place was super comfortable and very relaxing. Easy entry and lift access to apartment was very helpful. Views from the balconies were a delight at any time of day and made for relaxing moments. Beds were very comfortable and linens, towels were of a high quality. Really loved our week here and would happily consider staying again in the future.

Marty was very friendly and responsiveness to us, beautiful place with lots to do.
